In a business that has the internet nipping at their heels.....one would think they would try to make themselves special. Carols does not. They cater to to wealthy folks taking expensive tours but do not make an effort to make everyday people feel welcome in their office.
Have used Carols for multiple trips and they were so helpful! Laurie has given us her expert advice on 2 trips and she hasn't steered us wrong!! Very happy with the experience.
